In Joi Mondisa’s NSF CAREER and research grants, she examines STEM mentoring practices and programs. She also investigates mentoring frameworks and ecosystems that support the leveraging of resources and building of synergies and best practices.

Brian Denton is named Chair-elect for the Council of Industrial Engineering Academic Department Heads
Denton will serve as Chair-elect from 2022-23 and then move to the Chair position from 2023-24.
