What do you look for when hiring early career professionals?

When I’m looking for new talent for the firm, I love engineers because of my background, but also because I need people with problem-solving skills. People who are willing to step out of their comfort zone are essential to my firm. They should try new things and go deeper into understanding the client and what they’re trying to do from a big-picture perspective. Sometimes this means digging beyond what is “asked”.

Why do you love your job in consulting?

I’ve been consulting my entire career. I love the job because I get an opportunity to solve unique challenges with my clients and I get to develop a lot of talent within the firm.
