Biography

Sharon is currently a Growth Operating Partner and Founding Member at Stride Consumer Partners, a Private Equity firm focused on consumer brands and services.  In her role, Sharon supports founders and their talented teams to help to drive performance against their goals while also increasing equity value. Prior, she was an Operative Partner at Castanea Partners in a similar role.  Sharon also served as the Chief Marketing Officer of two mission-driven brands, Freshly and Melissa & Doug. Prior to that she worked at Amazon, leading the post-acquisition integration of the Quidsi ecommerce platform, most well known for its Diapers.com and Soap.com sites. Fox began her career post business school at Kraft Foods in Brand Management and also worked at Unilever. She earned a B.S. in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sharon is a strong advocate and supporter of women on boards. She serves on the boards of CityRow (founded by a UofM alum), Aden + Anais, Schleich and, previously, Criteo. Fox also supports the Women on Boards non-profit organization.
