The Inaugural Wilbert Steffy Lecture was delivered on March 25, 2004 at 4 p.m. in the GM Conference Room, 4th Floor Robert H. Lurie Engineering Center, as part of the College of Engineering's Sesquicentennial Lecture Series. The Lecture was presented by Dr. Seth Bonder, Founder and former CEO of Vector Research. An expert in the field of Operations Research, Dr. Bonder is also a former faculty member of the IOE department and knew Wilbert Steffy personally.
