Attention Undergrads: 1st half-term course drop deadline, Oct 6th

The drop deadline with a "W" is Thursday, October 6 for 1st half term courses only. If you are enrolled in a 1st half-term (7 week) course and you are considering dropping the course, you will need to start the process prior to the October 6th deadline. Dropping a course requires several steps:

1. Obtain a drop form from the IOE undergraduate office (1729 IOE) or the IOE peer advising office (1749 IOE). Wanda Dobberstein will be out of the office from Oct. 1- 5 so you will need to see a peer advisor during their walk-in hours to get the form. [ Peer Advising Hours ]
2. Complete the top two lines of the form with your personal information and in the DROP section, list the course you are dropping. Obtain the instructor's signature on the form.
3. On Thursday, October 6, obtain Wanda's signature on the form. She will be available on a walk-in basis between 8:30-11:30am and 1:30-4:00pm.
4. Turn in the signed form to the CoE Student Records Office in 145A Chrysler. This office won't process your form without the required signatures. The form must be submitted to this office by 4:45pm on Thursday, October 6. You will need to show your M-Card when submitting the form.
