Professor Amy Cohn is new faculty advisor for The Engineering Global Leadership Honors Program (EGL)

The Engineering Global Leadership Honors Program (EGL) has a new faculty advisor, Professor Amy Cohn, replacing Professor Mark Van Oyen as of September 1, 2009.

Dr. Cohn is an associate professor in the Industrial and Operations Engineering department, with a research interest in robust and integrated planning for large-scale systems focused primarily on applications in the design of transportation and logistics networks. She has worked with the Tauber Institute co-advising many team projects in the past, and we look forward to her continued work with the Institute and the EGL program. Please join us in welcoming Professor Cohn to the EGL team!

The EGL Honors Program combines a traditional engineering undergraduate curriculum with a core of courses in the Ross School of Business and a cultural core in the College of Literature, Science and Arts. The program leads to a Bachelor's and Master's degree in engineering. For more information, visit http://www.engin.umich.edu/egl/.
