IOE PhD candidate Marcial Lapp selected as 2009 Bonder Fellow

Marcial Lapp has been selected as the 2009 Bonder Fellow.

The one year Seth Bonder Fellowship is awarded on a competitive basis to a superior IOE graduate student who wishes to study and do research in the field of applied operations research.
