IOE Students win First Place in IIE Lean Student Paper Competition

David Hamilton, Inder Dhillon, and Brian Rumao have been awarded First Place in the Third IIE Lean Student Paper Competition for their paper, "Determining the Effectiveness of Specialized Bank Tellers."

The Lean Student Paper Competition recognizes outstanding papers in the field of lean research and practices.

Winning papers will be presented at the IIE Annual Conference in Miami, Florida, May 2009.
