  3. Perform work methods analysis to identify non-value added work and ergonomic stresses
  4. Design workstation layouts, work flows, and work methods that improve productivity and ergonomics
  5. Design, perform, and report the results of a time study (including statistical considerations)
  6. Design, perform, and report the results of a work sampling study (including statistical considerations)
  7. Use pre-determined time systems to estimate normal work times
  8. Develop a simple standard data system
  9. Determine Appropriate allowances for process delays and prevention of work related musculoskeletal disorders
  10. Identify appropriate tools for measurement and design of work
